South American Hilton beef
South America is well known for the quality of its meat. It’s not any old meat, it’s large cuts, big steaks. Meat producing countries such as Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay are known for their lavish barbeque parties. They are occasions for real meat eaters.
Endless grasslands
The local cattle breeds are Zebu, Hereford, Angus and the crosses bred from them. The cattle are free to roam the endless grasslands and are looked after by South American cowboys. The gauchos tend to more than 50,000,000 animals on the South American pampas, where hundreds of grass races give the meat an entirely unique and perfectly natural taste. A further advantage is that the meat has far less fat and cholesterol. It is finely marbled with a good bite and an excellent taste.
