IFS High Level is equal to BRC Food Grade A and covers a number of critical control points, including the traceability of products, raw materials and processing aids, full compliance with rules by managers and staff, and strict implementation of corrective measures. Nice to Meat has to meet all the criteria all the time! In practice, our customers can rest assured that we carry out hygiene checks every day, bacteria checks every week, make sure that our staff observe specific conduct and clothing requirements and that we permanently supervise cleaning and direct environmental factors. These measures protect all Nice to Meat’s meat products, from farm gate to plate, against potentially harmful external factors. It’s a reassuring thought for every top chef.
